In Subdistrict A, the underlying district regulations shall be modified by the provisions of this Section.

1. Street wall location
   
   The street wall location requirements of paragraph (a) of Section 35-631 (Street wall location) shall apply to street frontages along wide streets, and the street wall location requirements of paragraph (b) of Section 35-631 shall apply along narrow street frontages.
2. Base heights and setback requirements
   
   For all buildings or other structures, the height and setback provisions of Section 35-632 (Maximum height of buildings and setback regulations) shall apply.
