Applicability of This Chapter

The regulations of this Chapter shall apply:

  1. to the provision of affordable housing, as set forth in 27-10 (ADMINISTRATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING); and
  2. to anti-harassment areas, as set forth in 27-20 (ANTI-HARASSMENT).
